About The Program

Ashinaga Foundation Spring-Summer Internship 2026 is offered by Ashinaga, an international non-profit organisation dedicated to empowering orphaned and vulnerable youth through education and leadership development. The selected interns will receive a stipend of ¥1,000 per working day and hands-on experience in education advocacy, communications, policy research, program management, and international development, while working closely with global teams.

Terms and Conditions
  • Interns based outside of Japan will have their internship conducted fully remote.
  • Ashinaga does not sponsor interns’ stays in Japan. Hybrid and in-person positions are open to those who will be based in Tokyo for the duration of the internship through their own means.
