About The Program
AP Educational Empowerment Fellowship 2022 is an opportunity offered to master's degree holders. The Government of Andhra Pradesh has laid huge emphasis on providing quality education to every student in the state. The selected fellows for the programme will receive a stipend of INR 1,00,000 per month.
EligibilityDeadline Date: Closed
To be eligible, a candidate must -
- Be between 20 to 30 years of age
- Hold a Master's degree from premier institutions such as IIT`s, IIMs etc., with a minimum of 1 year of experience
- Have secured at least 60% marks in both Undegraduation and Postgraduation degree
- Have a passion for education, empathy towards downtrodden children, willingness to work hard and ability to learn quickly and pro active attitude
Benefits
The following benefits will be received by the selected scholars:
- The stipend is not more than INR 1,00,000 per month, will be modulated based on the candidate’s graduating institution, experience, previous emoluments, if any and their performance in a personal interview.
- The fellow will be provided with a laptop and a charger for their use during the tenure of the fellowship. The same will be returned to APREIS upon termination or resignation from the service.
- A daily allowance of INR 600 per day will be provided for travel outside the state.

Terms and Conditions
- The fellows will be on probation for a period of three (3) months from the date of their joining the fellowship.
- AllfFellows will submit daily log, monthly performance reports in electronic form as prescribed by the Secretary.
- An annual performance appraisal will be performed by the Secretary, APREIS, based on average of Quarterly performance.
- Based on annual performance evaluation, the Principal Secretary, Department of School Education, will consider further continuation of engagement for the concerned fellow. However, the fellowship cannot be extended beyond a total period of two years.
- In case of emergency, fellows are entitled to utilize flight which will be reimbursed with an Economy class air-fare. Prior approval of the Secretary, APREIS should be taken before commencing this journey.
