To be eligible, an applicant must:
- Have obtained a minimum GPA of 2.5
- Be a high school senior, undergraduate, or graduate student
- Have enrolled full-time in an academic institution (Jan 1, 2019 – December 31, 2019)
Benefits
A total of three best essay submissions will be awarded scholarships worth USD 3000. The awards will be given in the following manner:
- A scholarship award of USD 2000 for the best entry
- A scholarship award of USD 500 each for two runners-up

Step 2: Write the essay on the given topic in the provided field.
Step 3: Submit the essay.
Important Dates
The winners will be announced on 16th December 2019 on the CGTrader blog and notified directly via email provided upon the registration.
Terms and Conditions
- The essay must represent the topic and essay length should be around 500-1000 words.
- Students should think about how Augmented Reality can change everyday lives by interacting with digital objects in the environment. Will it comfort the lives or will it become a powerful craving?
- CGTrader employees and associates, as well as their family members, are not eligible to apply.
- Payments are issued by CGTrader.
- Scholarship is payable via Direct Deposit, via PayPal to the accredited university or directly to the winner after the application deadline.
- Each year a different technology-related question is raised to encourage students interest in innovations.
