About The Program
Anna University Crystal Growth Centre Research Associateship 2021 is a research opportunity offered to M.Sc or M.E./M.Tech. degree and Ph.D. degree holders. The candidate is required to work on a project entitled - "Bulk Crystal Growth of Gallium Oxide and Fabrication of Heterojunction Diodes". The candidate will receive a consolidated fellowship of INR 45,000 per month.

To be eligible, an applicant must -
- Hold an M.Sc. degree in Physics/Materials Science/Chemistry/ Nanoscience with first-class in U.G. & P.G. OR
- Hold an M.E./M.Tech. degree in Electronics/Materials Science/Nanoscience and
- Hold a Ph.D. degree in the relevant research area
- Have experience in the related research area
