Andhra Pradesh Pre Matric Scholarship 2018 is an opportunity for class 6 to 10 students in Andhra Pradesh to receive financial support from the state government for pursuing further education. Under this scholarship program, students from economically weaker minority families are provided scholarship up to INR 800 per annum.

The application is an offline procedure. The eligible students can submit the filled in application forms through the institutions to the Executive Director/DMWOs of the concerned districts.
After the successful offline submission of application forms, the student data will be entered in the website. The list of eligible students will then be forwarded to the selection committee for approval. The selection committee comprising of Joint Collector, District Education Officer and ED APSMFC/DMWO will then approve the scholarships based on the scholarship sanction procedure.
The scholarship amount will be released to the students' bank accounts directly from the ED/DMWO's office.
