About The Program

The sponsors of International Children’s Equity Fund (INCEF), a Non-Government Organization has been conducting a Worldwide Programme to identify and felicitate the Extra-Ordinary Meritorious Children of different age groups. Its main aim is to encourage and motivate Talented Children in order to develop Excellency/Brilliancy among them, all over the World. In recognition of students’ achievements and to appreciate their Talent, INCEF, according to its Rules and Programme Honours the Selected Students every year by giving them Cash Awards or Scholarships along with Certificate of Brilliance of International Value.

In addition to the Sponsors and Life Members of INCEF, some Industrial, Business and Philanthropic Establishments are also contributing towards Scholarships to Honour these Selected Students. This Award has been named as “All India Talent Scholarship Awards (A.I.T.S)” and is given to the Students, who are Selected from All Over the Country and Abroad through All India Talent Search Examination.

This Examination is conducted every year by Children’s Education Trust and Management Society of India (In short, known as Children's Education Trust), which is an Autonomous Non-Government Organization Established Under the Indian Societies Registration Act-1860 to promote Excellence in Students. The Students appearing from other Countries for the same Examination, on Selection, will also receive A.I.T.S Awards and Certificate of Brilliance.

GROUP-A  All Students studying in either Class V or VI during the Academic Session 2015-16 in any School in the Country/Abroad, are eligible to appear in the A.I.T.S. Examination - 2015 under Group A.

GROUP-B  All Students studying in either Cass VII or VIII during the Academic Session 2015-16 in any School in the Country/Abroad, are eligible to appear in the A.I.T.S. Examination - 2015 under Group B.

GROUP-C  All Students studying in either Class IX or X during the Academic Session 2015-16 in any School in the Country/Abroad, are eligible to appear in the A.I.T.S. Examination - 2015 under Group-C.

GROUP-D  All Students studying in either Class XI or XII during the Academic Session 2015-16 in any School or College anywhere in the Country/Abroad are eligible to appear in the A.I.T.S. Examination - 2015 under Group D.

How can you apply?

Collective Registration of the Students for appearing in the A.I.T.S. Examinationthrough Schools has been made free, however they will have to pay the Examination Fee as mentioned below.

Individual Students will have to pay Rs. 50/- extra as Registration Fee.

The Schools, desiring their students to appear in the A.I.T.S. Examination - 2015 will send the list of such students, Group-wise, along with the Examination Fee on the prescribed form to The Controller, A.I.T.S. Examination, Children’s Education Trust at C-207, First Floor, Naraina Industrial Area, Phase-I, New Delhi-110028, by 14th August, 2015. In case you can not send the Examination Fee with Registration Forms, the same may please be sent latest by 14th September, 2015.

REGISTRATION WITH LATE FEE

You can register your School Students latest by 12th October, 2015 by paying a Late Fee of Rs. 30/- per Student along with the usual Examination Fee. Late Fee may only be waived on valid grounds.

Registration Forms alongwith the Prospectus of Rules and Regulations are sent free of cost by post, to all the Schools registered with us for the programme and to all the other Schools on their request, who wish to get their Students Examined in the All India Talent Search Examination-2015.Entire information can even be downloaded from our Website: www.cetmsi.com

REGISTRATION FORM AND PROSPECTUS TO PARENTS AND STUDENTS

The Registration Form and Prospectus may be obtained by the Parents or Students by Post by sending a Bank Draft of Rs. 50/- along with the postal stamped envelope of size 5” x 12” in favour of Children’s Education Trust, payable at New Delhi, OR the Prospectus and the form can be downloaded from our Website given above.

EXAMINATION FEE

The Students applying through Schools under a particular group, will be allowed to appear in the said Examination after paying the Examination Fee applicable for that particular group, which is as follows:-

For Group-A — Rs. 180/- (Rs. One Hundred Fifty only) per child.
For Group-B — Rs. 180/- (Rs. One Hundred Fifty only) per child.
For Group-C — Rs. 200/- (Rs. One Hundred Eighty only) per child.
For Group-D — Rs. 200/- (Rs. One Hundred Eighty only) per child.

However, the Students applying directly will have to pay an additional sum of Rs. 50/- (Rs. Fifty Only) as "Registration Fee" along with the above mentioned Examination Fee.

Foreign Students will have to send an Extra Amount of Rs. 100/- (Rs. One Hundered Only) in Indian Currency in addition to the Examination Fee in order to cover postal expenses.

Students applying directly will send the above mentioned Examination Fee by Bank Draft drawn in favour of Children’s Education Trust, payable at New Delhi, alongwith duly filled-in Registration Form so downloaded, from the Website or obtained otherwise.

The Schools will remit Examination Fee collectively for their students, latest by 14th September, 2015. The Bank Draft will be made in favour of Children's Education Trust, payable at New Delhi and be sent at C-207, First Floor, Naraina Industrial Area, Phase-I, New Delhi-110028 OR Deposit the Payorder/Cash in Children’s Education Trust’s Account in the Branch of IDBI Bank A/C No. 040104000100199 and send the Original Deposit Slip along with the Registration Form.

We will appreciate, if typed group-wise students' list as per the enclosed format is sent through E-mail : cetmsi@yahoo.com or cetmsi@gmail.com. This will save time, energy, correspondance and will be prompt and much easier.

Terms and Conditions

1. The Students for this Award will be selected on the basis of evaluation of their performance in Written and Oral Tests in an All India Talent Search Examination. Names of the Meritorious Students will be sent by Children’s Education Trust, with their recommendations to INCEF, for giving them A.I.T.S. Awards. The recommendation list will include only such number of students for which the number of Awards would have been declared earlier by INCEF.

2. All Students, including NRI, belonging to a particular class group, will be eligible to appear in the said Examination. The Overseas students will also appear for the same Examination.

3. Students, under Groups-A, B, C and D studying in any School in the Country or Abroad, can appear in this Examination either directly or through their Schools. ALL INDIA TALENT SCHOLARSHIP AWARDS

4. Students appearing from Foreign Centres, on Selection, under Groups A, B, C and D will study in their Country. However, all Overseas students Selected through this Examination will receive INCEF’s Scholarship Award as per it's rules.

5. All Awardee Students will send their Schools’ Progress Report duly signed by the Head Master/Principal to INCEF, Quarterly. They must secure above 65% marks in aggregate in their School Examinations.

6. Any delay in conducting the Examination or in declaring the result will not have any bearing on the date of commencement and payment of the Scholarship. Payment of Scholarship of A.I.T.S. Examination-2015 will commence from July - 2016 to the Students.

7. Transfer of the Awardee Students of any Group A, B, C or D from one School to another in India or Abroad, will not have any effect on the payment of the Scholarship. However, in such cases, the Students will have to inform INCEF or Children's Education Trust (CET) about their transfer, through the concerned Schools’Principals.

8. Every effort will be made to set up the Examination Centres for Written Tests at All the Important Cities of the Country and Abroad. In case the number of Students appearing in the Examination is insufficient, or the suitable Centres are not available in a particular City to conduct the Examination, the Students will have no option but to appear at other nearest Centre allotted to them.

9. These Examinations will be conducted by Children’s Education Trust as per the guidelines and responsibilities entrusted to them by INCEFand the A.I.T.S. Award Committee.

10. It is in the interest of the Scholarship Awardees to send their Progress Report to INCEF regularly every Quarter alongwith the name and complete address of the School where they are studying.

11. The decision of CET in Selecting Students for the Award will be final and binding upon all the participants. No request will be entertained for re-checking or scrutiny of Answer Books. Dispute, if any, can only be challenged with in the jurisdiction of NCTof Delhi.

GROUP-A

Students Selected for the INCEF'S Scholarship Award under Group-Awill receive a Certificate of Brilliance from INCEF and a Cash Award of Rs. 600/- only OR Scholarship of Maximum Rs. 6,000/- (Rupees Six Thousand only) on the basis of their performance in the Written and Oral Test and on the recommendation of the Interview Board. The Scholarship Amount will be paid to the Students @ Rs. 750/- perQuarter for a period of maximum two years w.e.f. July - 2016.

GROUP-B

Students Selected under Group B, will receive a Certificate of Brilliance from INCEF and a Cash Award of Rs. 600/- only OR Scholarship of Maximum Rs. 7,200/- (Rupees Seven Thousand Two Hundred only) on the basis of their performance in the Written and Oral Test and on the recommendation of the Interview Board. The Scholarship Amount will be paid to the Students @ Rs. 900/- perQuarter for a period of maximum two years w.e.f. July - 2016.

GROUP-C

Students Selected under Group-C will receive a Certificate of Brilliance from INCEF and a Cash Award of Rs. 800/- only OR Scholarship of Maximum Rs. 7,200/- (Rupees Seven Thousand Two Hundred only) on the basis of their performance in the Written and Oral Test and on the recommendation of the Interview Board. The Scholarship Amount will be paid to the Students@ Rs. 900/- perQuarter for a period of maximum two years w.e.f. July - 2016.

GROUP-D

Students Selected under Group-D will receive a Certificate of Brilliance from INCEF and a Cash Award of Rs. 800/- only OR Scholarship of Maximum Rs. 9,600/- (Rupees Nine Thousand Six Hundred only) on the basis of their performance in the Written and Oral Test and on the recommendation of the Interview Board. The Scholarship amount will be paid to the Students @ Rs. 1200/- perQuarter for a period of maximum two years w.e.f. July - 2016.

SCHOLARSHIPAWARDEE STUDENTS during the period of two years of Scholarship will have to secure minimum 65% Marks in aggregate in their School / College Examinations. The Scholarship is given to develop Excellence & Brilliance in Students. The INCEF/CETmust be informed about their Progress Quarterly.

CERTIFICATE OF MERIT

This Certificate of merit is given by Children’s Education Trust to the students who are found having minimum requisite standard of Talent in their age group on National Level in an All India Talent Search Examination. This Certificate is conferred by Children’s Education Trust, identifying them as Distinguished Children Possessing Extra-Ordinary Talent. + This Certificate is given only to those students who score 51% or more marks, that is a Grade of C and above. Any participation certificate is not given.

CERTIFICATE OF BRILLIANCE

Students who have been Awarded Certificate of Merit with Grade B+, A or A+ by Children's Education Trust on the basis of Written Examination, will be invited for an ORAL TEST. Candidates selected over all in the Oral Test will get a Certificate of Brilliance from INCEF and will also receive the Scholarship OR one time Cash Award of Rs. 600/- each for Groups A & B and Rs. 800/- each for Groups C & D. Certificate of Brilliance is the Most Presitgious Recognition so accorded by "International Children's Equity Fund" identifying Children Possessing the Excellent Academic Genius in their Age Group on International Level. State-wise list of students qualifying for the ORAL TEST will be given on the Website in a phased manner. Students applying independently must check the Website in January-2016 for result and schedule of ORALTEST or confirm it from this office, on telephone.

GROUP-A

All Students studying in either Class V or VI during the Academic Session 2015-16 in any School in the Country/Abroad, are eligible to appear in the A.I.T.S. Examination - 2015 under Group A.

GROUP-B

All Students studying in either Cass VII or VIII during the Academic Session 2015-16 in any School in the Country/Abroad, are eligible to appear in the A.I.T.S. Examination - 2015 under Group B.

GROUP-C

All Students studying in either Class IX or X during the Academic Session 2015-16 in any School in the Country/Abroad, are eligible to appear in the A.I.T.S. Examination - 2015 under Group-C.

GROUP-D

All Students studying in either Class XI or XII during the Academic Session 2015-16 in any School or College anywhere in the Country/Abroad are eligible to appear in the A.I.T.S. Examination - 2015 under Group D
