About The Program

All India Engineering Entrance Scholarship Examination (Primary) 2022 is an initiative by the All India Engineering Entrance Scholarship Examination (AIEESE) for class 12 passed or equivalent students. The motive of this entrance examination is to assist the Engineering and Bio-Engineering aspirants to avail an opportunity of admission to its participating institutes with up to four years tuition fee as Scholarship. The qualified students will get admission in any of the chosen streams in any Government approved AIEESE participating institutes on the basis of AIEESE (Primary) scorecard and through AIEESE Counselling. The selected scholars will receive a basic scholarship where candidates can avail themselves of a chance to get a laptop or up to four years of tuition fees.

In order to be eligible, the candidate must - 

  • Have passed the final examination of 10+2 (Class- XII) or its equivalent referred to as the qualifying examination with 50 % marks in all subject
  • Have appeared in AIEESE Examination

 

Note - 

  • The candidates who are appearing in 10+2 or equivalent examination can also appear at AIEESE (Primary) - 2022 provisionally.

How can you apply?

Eligible candidates can apply online or by post by following the below-mentioned steps - 

Step 1: Click on the 'Apply Now' button and read the details carefully.
Step 2: Navigate the 'Apply Now' button below the page to complete the 'Registration' process at AIEESE (Primary). The applicants need to confirm their mobile number through OTP.
Step 3: After successful registration, log in using valid credentials.
Step 4: Fill in the application form, upload the scanned copy of the recent photograph (in .jpg/.jpeg and .png format) and fill in the Aadhaar number.
Step 5: Make an online payment through a Debit card/Credit card/Net Banking or any other medium as specified according to the applicant's category.
Step 6: Submit the application form after successful fee payment.

 

Note - The applicants can edit all the incorrect details in the filled application form, from 1st & 4th April 2022 timings will be 10:00 AM - 11:59 PM.

Selection Criteria

The selection will depend upon the basis of performance in the AIEESE - Primary examination and after that academic merit of the candidate.

Terms and Conditions
  • The total number of attempts for General and OBC candidates is three, whereas the total number of attempts for SC/ST/PH is five.
  • Candidates whose date of birth falls on or after 1st Oct. 1996 are eligible to apply for AIEESE (Primary) - 2022. However, in the case of Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST) and Physically Handicapped (PH) candidates, upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years, i.e. SC, ST and PH candidates who are born on or after October 01, 1991 are also eligible. The date of birth as recorded in the Secondary Education Board/University certificate will only be considered valid.
