About The Program

AICTE Internship of B.Tech. Civil Engineering Students 2022 is an opportunity offered by the Ministry of Road Transport and Highway (MoRTH) via the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) internship portal. The internship is being offered to B.Tech./B.E. degree holders. The selected interns will get an opportunity to work at the Ministry of Road Transport and Highway (MoRTH), PAN India. The selected intern will receive INR 10,000 per month.

EligibilityDeadline Date: Closed

To be eligible, an applicant must - 

  • Hold a B.Tech./B.E. degree 
  • Have specialisation in Civil Engineering
  • Have relevant skills and interests
  • Have obtained a CGPA7.0 (score of 70% will be considered equivalent to 7.0 CGPA) in the completed semester for which the result has been published
Benefits

The selected intern will receive a stipend at the rate of INR 10,000 per month. An internship certificate will be issued to only those candidates who successfully complete the internship.

Selection Criteria

The method of evaluation of the interns is as under -

  • Presentation on internship learning and experience:20 marks
  • Report on internship learning and experience:40 marks
  • General assessment by the Project manager of contractor 1 concessionaire:10 marks
  • General assessment by Team Leader of AEIIE/PMC: 10 marks
  • General assessment by PD/EE of NHAI/NHIDCL/BRO/State PWD:10 marks
  •  Attendance:10 marks
Terms and Conditions
  • The duration of the internship is 3 months.
