About The Program

ISEC Bangalore Post-Doctoral Research Programme (PDRP) 2021
is an initiative of Institute for Social Economic and Change, Bengaluru that aim to offer research opportunity for Ph.D. degree holders. This fellowship is applicable for a maximum of 5 years. The selected candidate will receive a certificate of completion of the PDR Programme.

To be eligible, an applicant must - 

  • Hold a Ph.D. degree for the period of last 10 years
  • Have at least two publications in refereed National/International journals

Terms and Conditions
  • The selected candidate has to pay an affiliation fee of INR 10,000/- per year (for Indian Scholars) and INR 20,000 per year (for international scholars) from the date of joining the Programme.
  • The proposal should be comprehensive and must not exceed 1500 words. 
  • The PDRP shall be for a period of six months to one year from the date of commencement and based on the performance extendable by one more year considering an external evaluation of the performance of PDRP.
