About The Program
7th All India Art Competition 2018 is a painting competition which invites applications from Preparatory Classes (Nur., LKG, UKG) to class 12 students. The theme/topic for this year is "Colours of National Symbols" to delineate the love and care about the national symbols through artistic creations and illustrations. The main aim towards this painting competition is to is to sharpen, motivate, teach young and growing children through art towards the significance of our country and national symbols.
The student has to create a drawing/painting/collage/mixed media artworks on any or group of 2-3 national symbols but it is not necessary to include all of them in an artwork: The theme of artwork which a student can choose from are as follows:
- National Flag
- National Anthem
- National Song
- National State Emblem
- National Currency Symbol
- National Animal
- National Aquatic Animal
- National Bird
- National Calendar
- National Flower
- National Fruit
- National River
- National Tree

To apply for the art competition, an applicant must belong to any of the following categories:
Group A: Preparatory Classes (Nursery, LKG, UKG)
Group B: Grade or Class 1-2
Group C: Grade or Class 3-4
Group D: Grade or Class 5-6
Group E: Grade or Class 7-8
Group F: Grade or Class 9-10
Group G: Grade or Class 11-12

An individual or a school can apply by following the specific steps:
Individual:
Step 1: Make the artwork
Step 2: Download the form from here
Step 3: Fill it and paste on the back of the artwork only
Step 4: Or, just write the following details on the back of the artwork:
Name of Participant
Class & Group
Name of the School and City
Name of Father or Mother
Address with PIN CODE (Address where the courier services have access)
Mobile No and E-Mail ID
Entry Fee Ticket. No.
Step 5: The entry for an individual is INR 400, buy the entry ticket from here.
School/ Hobby Centres/ Group:
Step 1: Collect the entry from students
Step 2: Label the entry on the back of the artwork; Name of Participant, Class & Group, Participation Fee Ref. No, Rubber Stamp of the Institute
Step 3: Download the group registration form from here.
Step 4: A group Cheque/Bank Draft in favor of Shanker Art Foundation or, a consolidate E-Transfer.
