State Minority Scholarship Part II (DHE) 2023-24 is an initiative of the Minority Development, Government of Maharashtra to provide financial help to students pursuing graduate and postgraduate degree in Arts, Commerce, Science, Law, and Education courses. The selected students will receive a total annual course fee of ₹5,000 (whichever is less).

DeadlineClosed Eligibility To be eligible, an applicant must:
- be a domicile of Maharashtra
- hold a graduation or postgraduation degree in Arts/Commerce/Science/Law/Education
- have an annual family income of up to ₹8,00,000
Note:- Maharashtrian students studying out of the state cannot apply for this scheme.
Benefits The selected students will receive a total annual course fee or ₹5,000 (whichever is less).

- Income certificate
- Class 12 marksheet
- Fee receipt (current year)
- Minority certificate (self-declared)
- College bonafide certificate
How can you apply? Eligible candidates can apply for the scholarship through the following steps:
Step 1: Click on the 'Apply Now' button below.
Step 2: Click on the 'Register' button and fill in the required registration details. (Note:- If already registered, log in using Gmail/Mobile number/Email ID).
Step 3: Click on the 'New Applicant Registration' button on the right-hand side of the dashboard.
Step 4: Fill in all required details, and verify the email and phone number.
Step 5: Complete the Aadhaar authentication process either through OTP or biometrics.
Step 6: After completing the authentication process, fill in all the required details to the 'Register' button.
Step 7: Now, click the 'Applicant login' button on the right-hand side of the dashboard.
Step 8: Log in using the username and password.
Step 9: Fill in the necessary details, upload the specified documents, and submit.

Selection Criteria
The candidates will be selected based on the fulfilment of the eligibility criteria.

- Out of all the freshers applying, only 2,000 applicants from Maharashtra will be eligible for the quota.
