Vidyadhan Andhra Pradesh Intermediate (1st year) Scholarship Program 2023 is an initiative by the Sarojini Damodaran Foundation for Class 10 passed students, currently studying in Class 11 or 12 at a recognized institution in Karnataka. Established in 1999 by SD Shibulal, (Co-founder and former CEO, Infosys) and Kumari Shibulal, Sarojini Damodaran Foundation helps to transform the lives of the underprivileged in society by contributing to their higher education. The selected students will receive INR 10,000 per annum.

DeadlineClosed Eligibility To be eligible, an applicant must -
- have passed Class 10/SSC exam in the year 2023 from Andhra Pradesh
- have scored 90% or obtained 9 CGPA in their 10th Grade/SSC examination (Note - The cutoff mark for students with disability is 75%. or 7.5 CGPA)
- have an annual family income below INR 2,00,000 from all income sources
Benefits The selected candidates will receive INR 10,000 per annum.
Documents - Recent Photograph
- Scanned copy of 10th marksheet
- Scanned copy of Income Certificate (from a competent authority; ration card not accepted)
Note - If the original marksheet is not available, the applicants can upload a provisional/online marksheet from the SSLC/CBSE/ICSC website.
How can you apply? Eligible candidates can apply for the opportunity by following the below-mentioned steps:
Step 1: Click on the 'Apply Now' button.
Step 2: Click the 'Register' button and enter the required registration details. (Note - If already registered, log in using Gmail/Mobile number/Email Id)
Step 3: Navigate the 'Apply Now'at the bottom of the page and click on it.
Step 4: Click on 'Register' to start the application.
Step 5: Confirm the registration through the email sent by Vidhyadhan.
Step 6: Log in using your registered email Id and password.
Step 7: Click on the ‘Help’ link from Vidyadhan Account for complete application instructions.
Step 8: Click on the ‘Application’ button to create a new application.
Step 9: Fill in the required details, upload the necessary documents and submit.Note - The application will be considered complete only after the applicants upload the mandatory documents and photograph.
Important Dates
Application Deadline - 15th June 2023
Screening Test - 2nd July 2023
Interview Date - 16th July 2023 to 31st July 2023
Selection Criteria
Sarojini Damodaran Foundation (SDF) will shortlist the applicants based on their academic performance and the information provided in the application form.
The shortlisted candidates will be invited for a short online test/interview.
