Vellore Institute of Technology School of Mechanical Engineering (SMEC) Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) 2021 is a research opportunity offered to M.E./M.Tech. degree holders. The selected candidate is required to work on a project entitled - “Development of Carrera Unified Formulation for the Large Deflection and Post-buckling Analysis of Variable Angle Tow Composite Laminate". The candidate will receive a stipend of INR 31,000 per month.

DeadlineClosed Eligibility To be eligible, an applicant must -
- Be 28 years of age
- Hold an M.E./M.Tech. or equivalent degree in Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering with the specialization in Design with CSIR - NET/GATE qualification
Preferred Qualifications -
- Have adequate knowledge in finite element methods, mechanics of composite and their mathematical modelling
- Have prior experience in MATLAB coding
- Have experience in technical writing
Benefits The selected candidate will receive a stipend of INR 31,000 per month.
