SRMU Admission Scholarship 2021-22

The scholarships will be given under different categories. For each category, the students stand a chance to get up to 100% waiver on their tuition fees depending on their academic merit, score obtained in the national entrance exam or any other achievement. Different categories of scholarships include –

COVID-19 Frontline Scholarship: 10% yearly tuition fee waiver for children of frontline workers (Doctors/Nurses/Para-Medical Staff/Police/Media personals/Sanitation workers)

SRMUSET: 100% fee waivers to top performers in the SRMUSET (SRMU Scholarship cum Entrance Test)

Merit-based scholarship: Tuition fee waiver ranging from 20% to 100%

National entrance score based scholarship: 

• For Engineering students - Tuition fee waiver ranging from 30% to 100% based on JEE (Mains)/UPSEE
• For Architecture students - Tuition fee waiver ranging from 30% to 100% based on NATA/UPSEE rank
• For Management students - Tuition fee waiver ranging from 30% to 100% based on CAT/XAT/MAT percentile

Special Scholarships: Up to 100% tuition fee waiver

• Self-attested copy of board examination certificate of Class 10 mark sheet
• Self–attested copy of the provisional certificate of Class 12 mark sheet
• Self-attested copy of bachelor’s degree or provisional degree (if any)
• Scanned copy of Photograph and Signature
• Community certificate, SC/ST/OBC (as assigned by competent authority)
• A certificate with reference to Kashmiri migrant, sports quota, or Extra-Curricular activities (ECA) quota (if applicable)

Eligible candidates can apply for the scholarship by following the steps mentioned below:

Step 1: Click on the ‘Apply Now’ button below. 
Step 2: On the Online Admission & SRMUSET Registration Portal (Session 2021) page, click on 'Click to Apply.'
Step 3: Fill in all required details. Enter the preferred programme along with the details.
Step 4: If the candidate is interested in getting Academic Counselling done or appear in the Scholarship Entrance Test (SRMU-SET), book the slots.
Step 5: Pay the application fee of INR 500/- for the diploma course and INR 1000/- for other courses via online mode. Payment can be made via Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI, and other digital payment methods.
Step 6: If the admission is granted, the applicants will automatically be considered for the available scholarships.
