Nieman Foundation for Journalism at Harvard, Cambridge in collaboration with Berkman Klein Center for Internet & Society invites applications for Nieman-Berkman Klein Fellowship in Journalism Innovation 2020-21 from working journalists, freelance journalists or professionals of a news organization in a business, technology, or leadership capacity. The aim of this fellowship is to select suitable candidates to deal with any issue relating to journalism’s digital transformation. Selected candidates will receive standard Nieman Fellowship stipend of USD 60,000 over 10 months and other benefits.

DeadlineClosed Eligibility To be eligible, an applicant must:
- Be a working journalist or a freelance journalist
- Be a professional of a news organization in a business, technology, or leadership capacity
Benefits The selected fellows will receive standard Nieman Fellowship stipend of USD 60,000 over 10 months. The fellows will also receive additional allowances for childcare, health insurance, and housing.

Terms and Conditions
- Nieman-Berkman Klein Fellows are expected to fully participate in both the Nieman and Berkman Klein fellowship programs and serve as a bridge between them.
- Fellows are expected to share the results of their work with other fellows and through the Nieman Journalism Lab.
