NABA Communication Design Scholarship, Italy 2018 invites application from graduate students to participate in a communication design competition. The objective of the scholarship is to encourage students willing to sharpen their skills in areas such as brand design, visual design, environmental design, multi-media publishing and related fields.

DeadlineClosed Eligibility - Applicant must hold a first-level academic diploma/bachelor's degree.
- Applicant about to graduate in 2017-18 can also apply.
- Applicant must have a language proficiency in Italian/English equal to B1 Common European Framework of Reference for Languages or IELTS score of 5.0.
Benefits NABA will provide scholarships to 5 selected candidates as mentioned below:
- 1st prize: 1 scholarship covering 60% of the tuition fee.
- 2nd prize: 1 scholarship covering 50% of the tuition fee.
- 3rd prize: 1 scholarship covering 40% of the tuition fee.
- 2 runners-up candidates will be offered scholarship covering 20% of their tuition fee.
Note: This waiver is only applicable to the first year tuition fee of the MA program.
Documents - Personal portfolio of works and projects.
- Detailed curriculum vitae.
- Motivation statement.
- Copy of Bachelor Degree/Academic diploma translated into English/Italian.
- Academic transcript/mark sheet of previous studies translated into English/Italian, listing subjects and exams, with the corresponding number of hours/credits.
- Copy of passport
- NABA Master Programs Application Form – Academic Year 2018/2019.
- A draft of 10-15 pages of a marketing plan with the focus on communication campaign

Important Dates
- Application Deadline: May 11, 2018
- Results Announcement: June 5, 2018
- Deadline for winners to enrol in the MA in Communication Design program: June 13, 2018
Selection Criteria
The candidates will be judged on their submitted projects by the Faculty of the MA in Communication Design and the Admissions Jury.
Important documents
Terms and Conditions
- Awarded prizes cannot be deferred to future intakes of the program.
- The scholarship will be deducted from the balance of the tuition fee.
- The application fee is waived for the competition participants.
- Local Community Tax and second-year fee are not included in the scholarship.
