IIT Ropar Research Associateship (Electrical Department) 2022 is a research opportunity offered by the Indian Institute of Technology, Ropar to Ph.D. degree holders. The selected candidate is required to work on a project entitled - “The AI-Enabled Solar based Multiport High Gain Electric Vehicle AC Charging Station for Domestic and Commercial usages". The candidate will receive a consolidated fellowship of INR 54,000 per month.

DeadlineClosed Eligibility To be eligible, an applicant must -
- Hold a Ph.D. degree in Power Electronics or equivalent from any of the premier or government institutes of the country
Desirable Qualifications -
- Have at least two research papers published as the first author in IEEE Transactions/IET Journals based on the Ph.D. research work
- Have hands-on experience in building power electronic converters for renewable integration with the grid, preparing the printed circuit board (PCB) design and programming digital controllers (DSP/FPGA)
Note - Candidates who have recently submitted their thesis are also eligible to apply subject to the condition that they should furnish the thesis submission certificate at the time of joining at IIT Ropar if selected.
Benefits The candidate will receive a consolidated fellowship of INR 54,000 per month.
