About The Program
IIT Patna Department of Physics Junior Research Fellowship 2022 is a research opportunity offered by the Indian Institute of Technology, Patna to M.Sc. degree holders. The selected fellow is required to work on a SERB funded project entitled - "Design and Development of an Opto-electronic Asymmetric Cryptosystem". The selected candidate will receive a fellowship of INR 31,000 per month plus HRA as per GoI rule for the first two years and INR 35,000 per month plus HRA as per rule, subject to satisfactory performance.

To be eligible, an applicant must -
- Be 28 years of age
- Hold an M.Sc. degree in Physics OR equivalent with a minimum CPI of 6.5 or 60% of marks
- Have a valid GATE/NET score
- Have experience with optics experiments and MATLAB
Benefits
The selected candidate will receive a fellowship of INR 31,000 per month plus HRA as per GoI rule for the first two years followed by INR 35,000 per month plus HRA as per rule, subject to satisfactory performance.
