IIT Kharagpur Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering (DISE) Research Assistantship 2021 is a research opportunity offered to graduate or postgraduate degree holders. The candidate is required to work on the project titled - "Socio-economic Impact of Migration during COVID-19 Crisis in the Sundarbans Region: A Study of Sustainable Solutions using Geospatial Analytics(CBG)". The selected candidate will receive a consolidated salary of up to INR 31,000 per month.

DeadlineClosed Eligibility To be eligible, an applicant must -
- Not be more than 28 years of age
- Hold a minimum B.E./B.Tech. degree in any Engineering discipline with a minimum of 65% or higher with 2 years of experience in web application development
- Have a valid GATE score OR
- Hold an M.Sc. degree in Computer Science with 65% or higher with a minimum of 2 years experience in web application development, OR
- Hold an M.A/M.Sc degree in Mathematics/Statistics/Economics/Geography with 65% marks or higher with a diploma or higher degree in Computer Science
- Have a minimum of 2 years experience in web application development
Relevant Experience -
- Have knowledge of Geospatial Analysis, Statistics, R, Python, Javascript, GIS Data Analysis
Benefits The selected candidate will receive a consolidated salary of up to INR 31,000 per month.
