IIT Kharagpur Department of Electronics and Electrical Communication Engineering (DEECE) Junior Research Fellowship 2021 is for M.Tech degree holders. The selected candidate is required to work on the project titled, "Ga2O3 based Devices for High Power Applications (GPA)". The selected fellow will receive a stipend of up to INR 31,000 per month.

DeadlineClosed Eligibility To be eligible, an applicant must -
- Be less than or up to 28 years of age
- Hold an M.Tech. degree in any discipline/specialization relevant to the scope of the project work
- Be GATE/NET qualified
- Have scored marks greater than 75 percent (or CGPA greater than 8)
- Have a good Curriculum Vitae
Benefits The selected fellow will receive a stipend of up to INR 31,000 per month.
