IIT Hyderabad Research Associateship (Project Data Management) 2021 is a research opportunity offered to Masters's degree holders. The selected candidate is required to work on a project entitled - "Cool Infrastructures: Life with Heat in the Off-Grid City”. The fellow will receive a fellowship of INR 35000 per month plus 24% HRA for (Year 1) and INR 40,000 per month plus 24% HRA for (Year 2).

DeadlineClosed Eligibility The candidate must have -
Minimum educational qualifications:
- Hold a Master in Social Science or Humanities fields, or Library and Data Science
Necessary skills for shortlisting:
- Ability to assist PI with overall project administration.
- Ability to work with a multi-disciplinary team to assist the researchers with managing data.
- Familiarity with data of different types (qualitative, quantitative, spatial) and archival management or library science
Preferable skills:
- Prior experience working with data storage, archive management, content management software
- Prior experience working in, and preferably managing, multidisciplinary teams
- Manuscript writing
- Preparing a diverse range of outputs to effectively communicate spatial information to a variety of audiences
Benefits The fellow will receive a fellowship of INR 35000 per month plus 24% HRA for (Year 1) and INR 40,000 per month plus 24% HRA for (Year 2).
Documents - CV (clearly mentioning the field in which they received their master's degree, year of graduation, the extent/type of research skills that they possess, their language skills, and names and contact information for two referees.)
- Any publications, including portfolios of prior work related to spatial mapping and analysis.
- Personal statement explaining medium-term career goals
