IIT Gandhinagar Discipline of Electrical Engineering (DEE) Junior Research Fellowship 2022 is a research opportunity offered by the Indian Institute of Technology, Gandhinagar to B.E./B.Tech./M.E./M.Tech. degree holders. The candidate is required to work on a DST funded project in the Discipline of Electrical Engineering and will receive a consolidated pay of INR 31,000 per month.

DeadlineClosed Eligibility To be eligible, an applicant must -
- Hold a B.E./B.Tech./M.E./M.Tech. degree in Electrical/Electronics and related disciplines with >75% marks (or > 8.0 CPI)
- Have a valid GATE score
- Have knowledge in Semiconductor Devices or Microelectronics or equivalent
- Be proficient in Technology CAD tools like Synopsis Sentaurus or Silivaco
- Have experience in semiconductor device modelling, device characterization and LINUX operating the system
- Be driven, enthusiastic about research and willing to work for the duration of the contract
Benefits The selected candidate will receive a consolidated pay of INR 31,000 per month.
