IIT BHU Varanasi Department of Electrical Engineering (DEE) Junior Research Fellowship 2021 is a research opportunity offered to B.Tech./B.E./M.Tech. degree holders. The fellowship requires the candidate to work on the project entitled, “Design, Development, and Demonstration of Solar-PV integrated Onboard and Offboard Electric-Rickshaw Charging Infrastructure". The selected candidate will receive an emolument of INR 35,960 per month (31,000 plus 16% HRA) per month in the first and second year and INR 40,600 per month (35,000 plus 16% HRA) per month for the third year.

- Be below 28 years of age
- Have a first-class degree in B. Tech./B.E./M.Tech. in Electrical Engineering with valid GATE score
Benefits The selected candidate will receive an emolument of INR 35,960 per month (31,000 plus 16% HRA) per month in the first and second year and INR 40,600 per month (35,000 plus 16% HRA) per month for the third year.
