IISER Pune invites applications for IISER Pune Summer Student Programme 2020 from research-oriented students studying in BSc/BE/BTech/MSc/MTech or equivalent. This program enables students to participate in the research programmes of IISER-Pune faculty.

DeadlineClosed Eligibility To be eligible, an applicant must:
- Be currently (at the time of application) studying in the 2nd, 3rd, or 4th year of BSc/BTech/BE or equivalent OR 1st year of MSc/MTech or equivalent
- Have obtained a minimum 60% (or equivalent) in overall grades or 80% in the particular stream(s) of interest
Benefits The students selected for this summer programme will get the opportunity to enroll in the summer research programmes at IISER Pune faculty. They will also get an opportunity to evaluate the suitability of various programmes at IISER Pune (Integrated PhD and PhD) for future career choice.

Selection Criteria
Selection will be based on the details submitted by the candidates.
Terms and Conditions
- The duration of the project is 4 - 8 weeks during the period May 15th – July 15th, 2020.
- IISER-Pune will support the selected summer students with a (free) room in the students' hostel.
- The performance of students will be evaluated at the end of the project and the same conveyed to their parent institute.
- The results of the selection process will be conveyed to the students by March 31st.
- The students can apply for up to 2 projects.
