The Department of Social Sciences and Humanities at the Indraprastha Institute of Information Technology (IIIT Delhi) invites applications for IIIT Delhi Academic Fellowship (AF) 2021 from MA/MPhil/PhD degree holders. The fellowship is meant for the job titled, "Part-Time Academic Fellow in Sociology". Selected candidates will get a fellowship of INR 20,000 per month with free hostel accommodation or INR 25,000 per month without hostel accommodation.

DeadlineClosed Eligibility To be eligible, an applicant must:
- Have a first-class MA degree in Sociology and an MPhil in the discipline, OR
- Be currently enrolled or have completed a PhD in Sociology
- Have an excellent academic record and proven interest in academic teaching
- Have a good understanding of the basic courses like Introduction to Sociology/Anthropology, Sociology of India, Sociological Theories, Social Research Methods, Urban Sociology, Media Sociology, Gender Studies and Sociology of Science and Technology
Benefits Selected candidates will get a fellowship of INR 20,000 per month with free hostel accommodation or INR 25,000 per month without hostel accommodation.
