ICAR-IARI Genetics Division Junior/Senior Research Fellowship 2021 is a research opportunity offered to postgraduate degree holders. The selected candidate is required to work on a project entitled - "Fine Mapping of Recessive Leaf and Stem Rust Resistance Gene in Wheat-rye Recombinant Stock "selection 212". The selected fellow will receive up to INR 31,000 plus 24% HRA for the first 2 years and INR 35,000 plus 24% HRA for the 3rd year.

DeadlineClosed Eligibility To be eligible, an applicant must-
- Be maximum 35 years of age
- Have a Postgraduate degree in (Biotechnology/Genetic/Plant Breeding/Botany or related field of Plant Sciences)
- Have been selected through a process described in CSIR - HRDG (csirhrdg.res.in) and CSIR Office Memorandum (O.M.) No. 38(1507)/21/EMR-II Dated 22/06/2021 i.e. scholars who are selected through UGC-National Eligibility Test, CSIRUGC-NET including lectureship (Assistant Professorship), GATE or the selection process through a national level exam conducted by central government departments and their agencies and institutions such as DST, DBT, DAE, DOS, DRDO, MHRD, ICSR, IISER, etc. OR
- Have a Postgraduate degree in a professional course (M.Tech Biotech etc.) degree with desired experience (CSIR - HRDG)
Benefits The selected fellow will receive up to INR 31,000 plus 24% HRA for the first 2 years and INR 35,000 plus 24% HRA for the 3rd year.
