ICAR-IARI Division of Environment Science Research Associateship 2021 is a research opportunity offered to Ph.D. or master's degree holders. The selected fellow will receive up to INR 49,000 plus INR 24% HRA for candidates with a masters' degree with NET and 2 years experience and INR 54,000 plus 24% HRA for candidates with a Ph.D. degree.

DeadlineClosed Eligibility To be eligible, an applicant must-
- Be at least 40 years of age for Research Associateship
- Hold a Ph.D. or M.Sc./M.Tech./M.E./MCA degree in Computer Science/Information Technology with first class or 7.5% OGPA from a recognized university
- Hold a 4/5 years bachelor’s degree OR
- Hold 3 years bachelor’s degree with UGC/CSIR/ICAR NET/ MHRD-GATE qualification or Ph.D. in any of the above disciplines
Note - The candidates who have a Postgraduate degree only, should have two years of proven research experience with strong programming skills.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Proficiency in satellite data analysis, GIS tools, development of algorithms, proficiency in C++, C#, Java, Python, R, ASP programming languages, Matlab and handling databases such as MySQL, knowledge crop simulation models, and analysis of climate model data
Benefits The selected fellow will receive up to INR 49,000 plus INR 24% HRA for candidates with a Masters's degree with NET and 2 years experience and INR 54,000 plus 24% HRA. per month for candidates with a Ph.D. degree.
