FINCAD's Women in Finance Scholarship 2022 is an initiative by FINCAD (a leading software company based in Vancouver, Canada) for master’s or Ph.D. degree applicants. The aim of this scholarship is to encourage and support talented women in the field of finance, particularly those pursuing careers in financial asset management, market risk management and derivatives finance within the capital markets. The selected candidate will receive an award of USD 20,000 to complete graduate studies in finance.

DeadlineClosed Eligibility To be eligible, an applicant must -
- Be a female candidate enrolled in a post-graduate program (Master’s or PhD) in Finance at an accredited university
- Have commenced post-graduate Finance studies no earlier than January 1, 2022, or no later than February 1, 2023
- Have less than 10 years of total work experience, and less than 5 years of professional experience in the financial field
Benefits The selected candidate will be awarded USD 20,000 to help support graduate-level studies in Finance. A 50% of the award being paid directly to the winner and the remaining 50% being paid to the educational institution to directly assist with tuition.
Documents Attach the following documents in the prescribed file format (jpg, pdf or gif) with the prescribed naming convention (max file size of 20 MB) -
- Two letters of reference for the scholarship from appropriate individuals
- Applicant's Curriculum Vitae (CV) or resume
- University transcripts from an undergraduate program
- Confirmation of acceptance or enrollment in the post-graduate program for the 2022-23 academic year
- Any authored papers (optional)
