The Government of NCT of Delhi invites applications for Financial Assistance to SC/ST/OBC/Minority 2018-19, Delhi. The scholarship scheme is open for students of class 1 to 12 belonging to the SC/ST/OBC community. Students who are the domiciles of Delhi can get up to INR 200 per month. The objective of the scheme is to provide financial assistance to students for the purchase of stationery.

DeadlineClosed Eligibility The eligibility requirements for the scholarship are as follows:
- The student should be studying in class 1 to 12
- The student should not have less than 70% attendance in the previous academic year
- The family income of the student should not exceed 2 Lakh per annum
- The student should belong to the SC/ST/OBC community
- The student should be a resident of Delhi for the past three years
Benefits The scholarship designed for the welfare of the students in school will lead to financial assistance for the purchase of stationary of SC/ST/OBC/Minority students of class 1st to 12th in Government/recognized schools of Delhi. The beholders of the scholarship will be awarded:
- INR 100 per month for 10 months for students from class 1st to 8th
- INR 200 per month for 10 months for students from class 9th to 12th
Documents The following documents are required:
- Residence Proof
- Aadhaar Card
- Cast Certificate (for minority self-declaration)
- Income certificate (if applicable)
- Bank details of students (Aadhar seeded)
- Previous class mark sheet
- Fee structure ( if applicable)
- Fee receipt ( if applicable)
- Verification letter (for outside Delhi application)
How can you apply? Follow the below steps to apply-
Step 1: The applications can be submitted online through the E-district portal.
Step 2: Login using existing credentials or register as a new user.
Step 3: Provide all the relevant details and follow the instructions.
Step 4: Select the scholarship scheme and upload the required documents.
Step 5: Submit the application.

Terms and Conditions
- In the case of minority student, a declaration by parent/guardian in prescribed format that his son/daughter belongs to particular minority community is required to be uploaded on the portal.
- Students must not be receiving benefits under any other centrally/state-funded scholarship.
- The students who had already registered for the scholarships in the previous year on the E-district portal may opt for renewal by using the previous application id.
- Student/applicant will be responsible for any incorrect/incomplete information filled in the portal.
- System generated Login ID should be kept safely by the applicant for monitoring of their application on the e-district portal and e references.
