CVPPPL Apprenticeship for Technician/Engineering Students, J&K 2022-23 is an opportunity offered by the Chenab Valley Power Projects Private Limited [a joint venture of NHPC Limited (A Govt. of India Enterprise) & JKSPDC (A Govt. of J&K Undertaking)] to Engineering graduates and technician diploma holders. The selected Engineering graduates will receive a monthly stipend of INR 12,000 and technician diploma holders will receive INR 10,500.

DeadlineClosed Eligibility To be eligible, an applicant must -
- be within 14-30 years of age
- have completed the degree/ diploma courses after 1st January 2020
- hold a graduation degree in Engineering/technician diploma in any one of the following disciplines from any Govt. Recognized Institute approved by AICTE -
- Information Technology
- Mechanical engineering
- Electrical engineering
- Civil engineering
- Computer Assistant in Graduate (Engg./Tech)
- Technical Assistant in Technician (Diploma)
Note -
- First Preference will be given to Project Affected Families (PAFs) of CVPPPL.
- A resident of the Kishtwar District of J&K state shall be given second preference.
- Candidates who are domicile of J&K shall be given third preference.
- Those candidates who have already gone through apprenticeship training in any organization are not eligible to apply.
Benefits The selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend as follow -
- Engineering Graduates - INR 12,000
- Technician Apprentice (Diploma) - INR 10,500
Note - No boarding/lodging and transportation shall be provided to any candidate by CVPPPL.

- Educational certificates
- Degree/diploma certificate
- Marksheets of all semesters
- Caste certificate
- Document Certifying member of Project Affected Family (PAF) of CVPPPL if applicable
- Two passport size photographs
- Aadhar card etc.

Selection Criteria
The eligible candidates will be shortlisted based on marks secured in degree/diploma courses.

- Result awaited candidates are not eligible to apply.
- The candidates shortlisted shall have to produce all original testimonials/certificates at the time of joining.
- The candidates applying for more than one subject field/discipline will not be considered and their applications will be summarily rejected.
- Candidates with qualification acquired through Distance Learning Mode or Part Time Mode or CorrespondenceMode shall not be considered.
- In case any information/claim made by the applicant in his / her application is found to be false, the candidature of such applicant shall be cancelled and action as per rules will be taken.
