In order to achieve 100% ash utilization on a sustainable basis at its coal-based stations, NTPC has organized a grand contest to invite ideas for the same at PAN-India level. The objective of this competition is to find out innovative methods/ideas which are commercially viable and practically implementable for achieving 100% Ash Utilization at NTPC which is also environmental friendly.

DeadlineClosed Eligibility This scholarship is open for all the citizen of India who are 18 years and above. The participants can either be an individual or teams of up to 5 participants.
Note: In the case of a team, maximum 3 persons will be invited and allowed to participate for presentation and detailed discussion for Second level screening (if shortlisted in first level screening).
Benefits The successful candidates will be awarded as follows:
- INR 5,00,000 - First Prize.
- INR 3,00,000 - Second Prize
- INR 2,00,000 - Third Prize
- Two consolation prizes worth INR 1,00,000 each
How can you apply? The following steps need to be followed in order to participate:
Step 1- Interested candidates are required to register on the website portal.
Step 2- Prior to registering, the candidate needs to fill an online entry form.
Step 3- The original idea related to the innovation needs to be attached and then submitted.
