Any product purchased from Buddy4Study.com may be cancelled through an online cancellation request as per the product purchasing policy mentioned along with the product description.

Refund Request

The refund request for a cancelled item can be made within 5 days from the ‘date of transaction’*. Further, the request can only be entertained as per the product purchasing criteria mentioned along the product description.

Refund time frame

Users may cancel a product within 5 days from the date of transaction, but a refund will only be issued if the refund request is made to Buddy4Study.com customer service within the refund time frame specified for the applicable product, if available at all.

Refund Period

Any refund for the online purchased item will be normally made within 7-14 working days after making the refund request.
