When will the second merilt list of Keep India Smiling Foundation Scholarship for class11 2020 be announced and my name is not in any merit list.Is there any more merit list.

Scholarship seats are limited to a certain number. Applying for a scholarship doesn't guarantee you the award of a scholarship. Applying for a scholarship doesn't guarantee you the reward.
