About The Program
Higher Education & Skill Development Guarantee Scheme is an initiative of the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi. This scheme provides up to ₹10,00,000 in collateral-free education loans to students who have completed Class 10 or 12 and wish to pursue diploma, degree, or specified skill development courses in Delhi government institutions.
