About The Program

The GSK Scholars Programme is a CSR initiative by GlaxoSmithKline Pharmaceuticals Ltd., aimed at providing financial support to deserving students from economically underserved backgrounds, enabling them to pursue a MBBS programme. This scholarship programme supports the skill-building initiative of the country and advances Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) education in India. 

Under this scholarship, first-year MBBS students from government colleges are eligible to receive monetary assistance of up to INR 1,00,000 per year for a duration of up to 4.5 years, covering academic expenses incurred towards their MBBS.
