It is not a matter of debate that the UK houses some of the world’s most prestigious and renowned educational institutions. Many of India’s greatest national leaders, economists, lawyers, businessmen and academics have pursued their higher studies in the UK. The rising costs of education in the country, however, dictate that without the aid of UK scholarships, studying in the UK would remain a distant dream for a majority of Indian students.
Thanks to the UK Government, universities and private charitable funds, there are many UK Scholarships that Indian students can avail to considerably lighten their financial burden. In this article, we shall cover the top UK Scholarships that Indian students can apply for. It is to be noted as a general rule, though, that most of these UK scholarships would require the applicant to receive an offer letter from a relevant UK university.
