National Handicapped Finance and Development Corporation invites applications for the Trust Fund Scholarship for the year 2016-17 by providing financial assistance to the differently-abled students to enable them pursue professional or technical courses from recognized institutes and get employed/self-employed. In total, 2500 scholarships will be given to those applicants who have taken admission either for graduation or postgraduation (Technical course) in any recognized college.

- Must be admitted in any technical courses at graduate or post graduate level
- Students who get admission in college on basis of competitive examination
- Should not be getting scholarship from any other source
- Annual income of the family must not exceed Rs 3 lakhs from all source
- Scholarship will be canceled if student changes his/her course
- The scholarship will not be paid in the internship period of MBBS
How can you apply? The application can be done online with following steps:

Step 4: Read all the points before applying.
Step 5: Scroll down to click on Continue to Register/Apply for Trust fund.
Step 6: If you are a first time user click on New Scholarship Application and if you are aleady registered click on Renewal Scholarship Application if any changes are required.
Step 7: Fill up all the credentials and submit.
Terms and Conditions
For professional graduate course:
- Maintenance allowance- Rs 2500 per month
- Books/ Stationery allowance- Rs 6000 per annum
For professional post-graduate course:
- Maintenance allowance- Rs 3000 per month
- Books/ Stationery allowance- Rs 10000 per annum
Maintenance Allowance will be paid for a period of 10 months for one academic year.
- For Visually Handicapped (For Blind)
- Brailler/Brailler typewriter of Rs 10,000 approx.
- Laptop or Desktop with screen reading software of Rs 40,000 approx
- Laptop or desktop with screen magnification software of RS 60,000 approx (for lower vision)
- For Hearing Handicapped
- Binaural digital programmable heaaring aid with annual provision of button cells for Rs 53600 approx
- Cell phone with SMS SIM card for Rs 5,000
- Laptop or desktop with WiFi facility for Rs 70,000
- For Orthopaedically Handicapped
- Laptop or desktop for Rs 40,000
