About The Program

The High Commission of India, Kuala Lumpur invites applications from the Indian students studying Diploma or graduation in Malaysia for The Indian Scholarship and Trust Fund 2017-18. Interested students have to attach a proof of studying at the Malaysian University and must hold a Malaysian Identity Card (IC).

EligibilityDeadline Date: Closed
  • Students pursuing full-time Diploma and Bachelor courses in Malaysia
  • The age must be 25 years or below
  • The total income of the family must not exceed Malaysian Ringgit (RM) 2,000 per month
How can you apply?

The application can be done by post only with the following steps:

Step 1: Take a print out of the form

Step 2: Completely fill the form.

Step 3: Sign to declare the form.

Note: All the columns in the application form must be completely filled as incomplete application forms will not be accepted.

The following documents will be needed while filling the form

  • Passport size photo
  • Applicant’s IC photocopy
  • Bonafide Student Certificate / Letter of Proof of studying
  • Latest mark sheet
  • Salary Slip / Pension Statement / Income Declaration of parents
  • In the case of a single parent, proof of the death certificate/divorce
  • In case of disabled persons (OKU) or persons with health problem, proof of disability or a doctor’s letter
