Who can apply for this scholarship ?

• Anyone over the age of 18 years is welcome to submit a story.

How can you apply ?

Follow the step to take part in the storytelling contest:

Step 1: Register for the contest by clicking this link.
Step 2: Submit your original story by e-mail as .docx/.doc/.pdf attachments.
Step 3: Send submissions to submissions@thequoteunquote.com. 
Step 4: Candidates will receive an e-mail confirming their submission or notifying them of errors. 

NOTE: In case of not receiving any email, candidates need to check spam folder.

FAQs

1. Is there any registration fee?
No, Registration For Sparsh is FREE.
2. Are simultaneous submissions allowed?
Yes, if candidates submit their entries to other competitions or publications at the same time, it is on the understanding that you will immediately withdraw it from the Sparsh if it wins elsewhere first. Equally, if candidates win a prize with 'Sparsh', they should withdraw from all other competitions (refunds will not be made).

Terms and Conditions

Submission Period:

• 26th September - 13th October

Points to be remembered:

• The winner will receive INR 10,000 and his/her story will be published on the website of QuoteUnquote.
• Submissions should be previously unpublished,i.e., original in English and less than 5,000 words. We're more likely to print shorter pieces.
• Stories from all genres are welcome.
• No multiple submissions, one per reading period except by invitation.
• Submission is open to all writers.
