Khaled bin Sultan Living Oceans Foundation invites applications for the Science Without Borders Challenge 2017. It is an international creative art competition to conserve oceans. The artwork can be a painting or drawing made by using paint, pencil, marker, crayon, ink, and oil pastel. Digital artwork and photographs are not accepted. The winner will get scholarship up to 500 USD. The theme for the 2017 Science without Borders Challenge is “Reef SuperSpecies. Interested candidates will use their imagination to create an art that illustrates a made-up Reef SuperSpecies.
Any child of age group 11 to 19 years is eligible to apply.
The application can be done online and then the original work has to post. Following are the steps to be followed while filling the form:
Step 1: Go to the website and read all the details before applying.
Step 2: Start filling the online form.
Step 3: Now, you have to post your original artwork by following these steps:
Step 3.a: Participants may submit only 1 art piece.
Step 3.b: Write your first and last name and age (with pencil) on the back of your artwork.
Step 3.c: Place your signature on the front, right-hand corner of your artwork.
Step 3.d: Fill out all required information on the Entry Forms (pages 5-7).
