Research & Innovation Energy Awards 2017 invites application for the applicants pursuing graduation, post graduation, PhD with a maximum age of 32 years as on 1st January 2017, for the first national competition among applicants is announced on Development and Demonstration of Micro-Turbine/Generator to produce Electricity. This award is a stratagem by ONGC Energy Centre (OEC) to facilitate and encourage applicants and young researchers to come forward with out-of-box ideas, or innovative working prototypes in the area of energy and can win up to Rs 10 lakh, stay arrangement, travel charges.

DeadlineClosed Eligibility - Applicants pursuing graduation, post graduation, PhD are eligible to apply.
- Applicants should have a maximum age of 32 years (as on 1st January 2017).
- Applicants can take part as an individual or as a team.
- A team of institutions can also participate. Applicants from different institutions may also form a team. In all
- such cases leader of the team and lead institution need to be specified in advance.
- Applicants are also encouraged to involve industry partner/entrepreneur if considered necessary.

Award:
- The top 2 winners will receive Rs 10 Lakh and Rs 5 Lakh respectively for the entire team.
- Shortlisted entry will be given a certificate of participation for the team.
