About The Program

Prime Minister Fellowship Scheme For Doctoral Research 2017 invites application from PhD scholars with the objective to encourage young, talented, enthusiastic and result-oriented scholars to take up industry-relevant research. Under this scheme, up to 100 new fellowships are provided every year.

EligibilityDeadline Date: Closed

Applicants can apply anytime within 14 months from their PhD registration.

How can you apply?

The application can be completed online with the following steps:
Step 1:

Step 2: Download the Call for Proposal and Document Checklist.
Step 3: Now tie up with a company and get the required undertakings signed by a valid signatory in the company as well as in the host institute.
Step 4: Collect all documents and make digital photocopies of each.
Step 5: Fill the application form.
Step 6: Then, submit it.

Terms and Conditions

Important:
The duration of the fellowship is 4 years. The selected fellows have to cease to receive any other scholarship or salary from any other organisation, which they may be receiving at the time of enrolling in this scheme.
