Directorate of Minorities and Other Backward Classes, Government of Manipur invites applications from eligible OBC students of Manipur State for award of Pre-Matric Scholarships to OBC students studying inside and outside the State in recognized School(s)/College(s)/Institution(s) for the academic year 2016-17.

How can you apply? Application can be done by post only.
Terms and Conditions
