The Social Welfare Department, Government of Uttarakhand invites applications for Pre and Post Matric Disability Scholarship Uttarakhand 2018 from students of Class 1 to postgraduate courses. The students residing in Uttarakhand and studying in a recognized University/Institution are eligible to apply for the scholarship.

DeadlineClosed Eligibility To be eligible for the scholarship, an applicant must -
- Be a domicile of Uttarakhand studying within or outside the state at a recognized University/Institution.
- Have at least 40 percent disability.
- Have passed last qualifying examination.
- Have annual family income not more than INR 24000 to INR 44500.
- Not be in receipt of any other scholarship in an academic year.
How can you apply? In order to apply, follow the steps given below:
Step 1: Download the form.
Step 2: Fill in all the details.
Step 3: Submit the form with other required documents in the school.
Terms and Conditions
Award Details:
Students of class 1 to 5 will receive INR 50 per month.
Students of class 6 to 8 will receive INR 80 per month.
Students of class 9 to 10 will receive INR 170 per month.
Students of class 11 to 12 will receive INR 85 per month.
Students pursuing graduation will receive INR 125 per month.
Students pursuing postgraduation will receive INR 170 per month.
