About The Program

Popular Front of India announces scholarship program 2016. This scholarship scheme is for poor and meritorious students who wish to pursue higher studies after completing Higher Secondary (12th). Applications are invited from students who are pursuing their course in the academic year 2016-17. It’s is the sixth consecutive year Popular front is implementing this national scholarship scheme for higher education.

EligibilityDeadline Date: Closed

Students pursuing PG Courses and Diploma or other higher studies whose course duration is not less than a year are eligible. Priority will be given to students studying journalism, law and Social work.

How can you apply?

Application can be filled online, downloaded application, application can also be mailed. The last date for the receipt of application is 31st Aug 2016.

Popular Front scholarship distribution started in the academic year 2011-12 at national level. So far Rs 4 crores distributed to 4658 (3053 boys and 1605 girls) students across 12 states. They educate students to contribute back to society financially for scholarship fund and in providing social service once they are employed as responsible citizens.
