About The Program

Painting Competition by the NHRC 2018 invites applications from Indian citizens. The objective of the competition is to encourage students to make an effective painting on the theme 'My idea of human rights and promotion and protection thereof'.

  • Applicant must be an Indian citizen. 
Benefits

Painting Competition by the NHRC 2018 provides:

  • 1st prize - INR 15,000 
  • 2nd prize - INR 10,000
  • 3rd prize - INR 5,000

Note: 9 other winners will be awarded a consolation cash prize of INR 2500/- each.

  • The painting should be submitted in JPEG, PDF format.
  • The painting must be in A2 size on any type of art paper.
  • The participant can use any type of safe colour materials.
  • The painting must be original and should not contain any provocative, objectionable or inappropriate content.
