About The Program

Ministry of Human Resource Development invites ONLINE APPLICATIONS from Indian Nationals residing in India working in the public sector, private sector or for civil society organisations for the above-mentioned Commonwealth Scholarship for Masters/ Ph.D. level Study in New Zealand.

Applicants can apply online at http://proposal.sakshat.ac.in/scholarship/. Offline mode of applications is not acceptable. 

EligibilityDeadline Date: Closed

Applicant must:

  1. be an Indian citizen (Indian citizens living abroad are not eligible).
  2. not hold another scholarship during the period of the New Zealand Commonwealth Scholarship.
  3. give an undertaking that after completion of their study they will return to India in order to contribute to country's social/economic development for a minimum period of two years.
