The University of Twente invites applications from working professionals for the Netherlands Fellowship Programme for Short Courses 2017 to promote capacity building within organisations in 51 countries by providing education and training through fellowships. The fellowship is fully funded by the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

    Eligibility

    To be eligible for the fellowship, a candidate must -

    • Be a national and professional of one of the countries listed by NFP. 
    • Have his/her employer's statement complying with the format of Nuffic. 
    • Not be employed by an organisation having its own means of staff development such as multinational corporations, large commercial organisations, bilateral donor organisations, multilateral donor organisations or international NGOs. 
    • Have a valid and official passport. 
    • Not receive more than one fellowship for courses that take place at the same time. 
    • Have a government statement that meets the requirements of the country in which the employer is established. 
    How can you apply?

    Eligible candidates can apply for the fellowship with the following steps -
    Step 1: Visit the official notification
    Step 2: Click on candidate registration form
    Step 3: Fill in all required details and upload necessary documents.
    Step 4: Finally submit the application form.

Award details

The fellowship comprises the allowance for living costs, tuitions fees, travel, insurance, visas and thesis research.

  • Statement from the employer
  • Statement from the country (if applicable)
