Final presentation will be held in Mumbai at the end of January (2017). Marathi Vidnyan Parishad will bear travel expenses of the outstation participants. The reimbursement of the travel expenses will be according to the general norms set by Marathi Vidnyan Parishad. Maximum duration for each presentation will be 15 minutes. Presentation will be followed by queries from the examiners. Language for the presentation of the project can be Marathi/English/Hindi. No name of a new participant (other than those mentioned in the application form), can be added in the final presentation. However, participants can acknowledge any number of their colleagues during the presentation.
Various factors that will be considered for the assessment are:
- originality of the research project,
- objective of the project,
- clarity about the concept behind the project,
- innovative ideas involved,
- methodology (references studied, observations, efforts taken),
- quality of the results,
- interpretation of the results,
- applicability or usability of the project,
- presentation, etc
