Malabar Cancer Centre Fellowship Programme in Head and Neck Oncology 2018 invites applications from surgeons holding an MS/DNB in Otorhinolaryngology (ENT)/DLO/General Surgery or MDS (Maxillofacial Surgery). The fellowship aims to provide a comprehensive training to budding surgeons who are dedicated towards their career in head and neck surgical oncology in

EligibilityDeadline Date: Closed
  • The candidate should possess MS/DNB degree in Otorhinolaryngology(ENT) or DLO or MS/DNB degree in General Surgery or MDS in Maxillofacial Surgery.
  • Candidates should not be more than 35 years of age as on 1st June 2018.
Benefits
  • A monthly stipend of INR 47,000 will be given for the first year and INR 48,000 per month will be given for the second year to the non-sponsored candidates.

Selection Criteria

Selection will be based on qualification and experience and performance of the candidate in the written test/interview.

Terms and Conditions
  • The duration of the course will be 2 years.
  • Fees of INR 15000/- per annum will be levied on the applicants and INR 10,000/- will be collected as refundable caution deposit for two years. For sponsored candidates and candidates from other countries, the institution may decide on the fee structure as appropriate.
  • All communications regarding selection process from MCC will be through e-mail/SMS only.
  • Late applications will not be considered after the Last date of submission.
  • Applicants will not receive any TA/DA for the written test/interview.
  • Applicants should have a valid MCI registration certificate. 
  • The candidates will be full-time residents of the institutions and will perform their duties and responsibilities full time in Surgical Oncology.
